I strongly believe in a holistic model of care. My role as your Doula is more than being there for the Birthday, I want to care of you as a whole person, helping you navigate this new phase of life with compassion and knowledge. I want to prepare and educate you with researched based evidence to navigate your birth however that looks for you. I believe in a strong emphasis on the postpartum period with all the twists and turns that come with it. I want to come along side you, using my education and experience to help care for you and your family.

Pregnancy
Pregnancy care looks like 3 or more prenatal visits to help you feel informed, prepared and confident for your birthday and postpartum period. I will be available for text or call support throughout your pregnancy for any immediate questions. I will strive to educate you about your pregnancy, help you create a birth and postpartum plan, help you process any fears and answer questions to the best of my abilities through evidence based resources.
